Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. To cancel, email support@vetbazar.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
Returns
For the safety and hygiene of animal health products, supplements and medicines can be returned only if they arrive:
- Damaged or tampered in transit,
- Expired or close to expiry, or
- Incorrect (you received a different item than ordered).
To be eligible:
- Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing photos or a video clearly showing the issue and the batch label.
- The product must be unused, sealed, with the batch number and packaging intact.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the error was on our side.
- For cancelled-before-dispatch and failed orders, the full amount (including shipping) is refunded.
Non-returnable items
Opened supplements, used products, and prescription medicines supplied against a valid prescription cannot be returned unless defective.
