Dispatch time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours of successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
- Other towns and rural areas: 4–7 business days.

Shipping charges
- Flat shipping fee of ₹59 per order.
- FREE shipping on all orders above ₹699.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we share the courier name and tracking number via SMS, email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.
Serviceable areas
We currently ship across India. A few pin codes may be serviceable only through specific couriers; if there is any delay or restriction for your area, we will inform you and offer a refund if needed.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus shipping.
